Affordable Rental Housing for Orcas Islanders

All of OPAL’s rental housing is affordable for low- and moderate-income Orcas households and conveniently located in Eastsound.

The Reddick Apartments are close to schools, the library and shopping.  There are seven units located in three buildings –  five one-bedroom apartments and two three-bedroom apartments — and a sunny community garden.

April’s Grove, is a new neighborhood of 45 townhouses on North Beach Road. April’s Grove offers studio to three-bedroom townhomes a short walk from Eastsound village. For eligibility and application information please click here.

The Mount Baker Road Apartments are located just outside of the main Eastsound Village. The three buildings contain a total of seven apartments on a half acre of open, sunny land. These apartments offer a mix of one-, two- and three- bedroom apartments with onsite parking for 12 vehicles.

The Northern Heights Apartments are located directly across from the library in the middle of Eastsound Village. The two-story building contains 12 one-bedroom apartments and private parking.
